Helena Foulkes, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer: wouldn’t return numerous calls and emails.

Katrina, Media Department: 401-770-3270… wouldn’t return numerous calls and emails.

CVS/pharmacy: 1-888-607-4287; customer service reps… extensive discussions that resulted in dead end. They are really there to deal with issues such as if you are unhappy with toothpaste you purchased, etc, and couldn’t address specifics of this issue, even after taking time to research internally.

HQ: 401-765-1500; switchboard… dead-end.

Sharon Grear “SR Advocate” (Executive Escalation Department): Email: SRadvocate@caremark.com… the people in this dept are there to escalate unresolved issues, but at the end of the day, they tell me they really can only handle issues with prescriptions, and could not help with other issues, other than refer to PR dept.
